Company description
Tolo is a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown/LES. Ron opened up Tolo to be a place where his friends could come in and have a good time! Tolo doesn't focus on a specific cuisine in China, instead it's encompassing all of China's cuisines through his international upbringing and experiences. We use premium and seasonal ingredients and the menu has its core and signature dishes while others on the menu change with the season.
Applicants will be in contact with the chef/owner, Ron Yan.
We are a small team of 3-4 people on the line. There are 3 major stations (the chef station, wok, saute/fry).
The schedule is pretty fixed, you have your assigned 2 consecutive days off (weekend) and your 5-days a week as full time. We are also hiring part-time so that's 3 days a week, plus more if the schedule allows with special events, etc.
