Internship description

As part of the expansion of its U.S. team, the company is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Assistant Intern for a 6-month internship between August and December 2026.

Your responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the Manager of the U.S. subsidiary, you will be responsible for administrative, logistics, sales, and marketing activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Direct contact with customers to promote and sell Fromi products;
• Creation and execution of weekly marketing campaigns;
• Participation in events, tastings, and in-store demonstrations with clients;
• Inventory management, stock control, and order preparation;
• Monitoring sales development through our CRM system.

You will be based both at our Fromi offices for sales and marketing activities and at the warehouse for logistics operations. Travel to client locations will be required for events and promotional activities.

Your Profile :

• You are currently enrolled in a higher education program in International Business, with strong interests and skills in sales and marketing.
• You have a positive mindset, enjoy working in a team environment, and are detail-oriented and proactive
• Strong organizational skills, versatility, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
• You are fluent in both French and English.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $16.50 - 20/hr
