Company description
Florida Cuts is a neighborhood sandwich shop in Ventnor, New Jersey. A local favorite since 1975, the shop was recently reimagined by the team behind Steve & Cookies, Ventnor 7311, and Reed's Organic Farm.
At the center of our operation is bread. We make our sourdough focaccia, sandwich loaves, and batards in-house using organically grown flour sourced from regional mills. We're passionate about fermentation, quality ingredients, and the idea that simple food can be exceptional when it's made with care.
We're building a team of curious, hardworking people who enjoy learning, working with their hands, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture. Our shop is busy, collaborative, and always evolving, and we're excited to continue growing our bread program alongside people who share our enthusiasm for craft and hospitality.
