We are a small neighborhood chocolate & specialty food shop that also houses a small museum of chocolate & confectionery; we craft small-batch bonbons, caramels, nut clusters, barks, and many other items in our on-site kitchen and carry an array of specialties from around the country, locally, and the world.

Job description

I am looking to fill both full and part-time positions at our NEW satellite shop inside of Leavitt & Pierce of Harvard Square opening summer 2026.

The duties at this small pop up style chocolate shop include running the POS (point of sale), providing excellent customer service to our patrons, keeping shelves stocked, labeling of product, twining and/or ribboning product.

No kitchen or food prep work. Starting pay is $17.00 an hour with some benefits including PTO and Paid sick time - eligible for a raise after 3 months. Experienced candidates may earn a higher starting wage.

New hires will train at our North Cambridge location in order to fully learn the processes involved and to learn about and taste our house made chocolates and other products.

Must be friendly & courteous, eager to help people, and have excellent attention to detail. Must also be able to work fast and efficiently, and maintain function in what can sometimes be a busy environment. The shop will only be staffed by one person at a time, so candidates must be able to work independently and self-supervise. A love of sweets is a plus!
