Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Artisan Cheesemaker, Fluid Milk Bottler, and Drinkable Yogurt Producer to join our dedicated team. This full-time role requires hands-on experience in dairy processing, with a focus on cheese-making, milk bottling, and yogurt production. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce artisan cheeses following established recipes and quality standards
Bottle and package fluid milk products efficiently and safely
Produce drinkable yogurt, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and production areas in compliance with safety regulations
Monitor and control processing parameters to ensure product quality and safety
Assist with inventory management and raw material handling
Document production processes and maintain accurate records
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to food safety protocols
Qualifications:
Proven experience in dairy processing, particularly cheesemaking, milk bottling, and yogurt production
Knowledge of dairy equipment, pasteurization, and sanitation procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy loads when necessary
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Food safety certification is a plus
