Farm Operations & Distribution Manager
AASH FARMS | Woodinville, WA
30-40 Hours per week, $28-$32 per hour DOE

As our Farm Operations & Distribution Manager, you'll help oversee farm production, distribution logistics, equipment, and operational systems. No two days are the same—you may spend the morning harvesting crops, the afternoon delivering produce, and the evening improving systems that help the business grow.
Farm Operations
Operate and maintain vertical hydroponic growing systems
Seed, transplant, harvest, and package specialty crops
Monitor plant health and growing conditions
Maintain irrigation, lighting, and environmental systems
Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Collect and analyze production data to improve yields and efficiency
Help train future employees as the business grows
Distribution & Logistics
Coordinate produce pickups with partner farms
Receive and organize incoming produce
Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Plan and optimize delivery routes
Deliver produce to restaurants, institutional clients, and other customers
Build positive relationships with customers through professional service
Facilities & Equipment
Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and facilities
Maintain delivery vehicles and coolers
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues when possible
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and operating efficiently
Identify opportunities to improve systems and workflow
Business Development
We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems—not simply following them.

Qualifications
Preferred
Experience working on a farm or greenhouse
Experience with hydroponic production (preferred but not required)
Driver's license required to fulfill job duties
Experience driving cargo vans or box trucks
Strong mechanical aptitude
Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
