Operations Associate-CDL Driver

Join the Vermont Foodbank as an Operations Associate – CDL Driver and help bring food, hope and connection to Vermont communities. We’re seeking a dependable, safety-focused driver who wants more than a job, you want a mission.
What you’ll do:
Safely operate Foodbank vehicles across Vermont, local routes, home daily.
Load/unload, distribute food product, work with volunteers + staff to deliver service.
Engage with community members of diverse backgrounds, your role matters.
Support warehouse logistics: product storage, equipment movement, food reclamation.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Facilities and Community Impact teams.
What we’re looking for:
Valid CDL (Class B +) (Would consider providing CDL for ideal candidates)
Comfortable with lifting, loading, physical tasks.
Strong communicator, team player, self-motivated and safe.
Passion for community service, willingness to interact respectfully with our clientele.
