Company description
Urban Organics began with a simple, intuitive approach to hospitality—rooted in seasonal cooking, natural beauty, and a belief that the most memorable gatherings are the ones that feel both thoughtful and effortless. Founder Brittany Maffia built the company from the ground up, starting with intimate dinners and organically growing a following drawn to her ability to create experiences that felt warm, personal, and quietly refined. There was never a formula—just an instinct for how people gather, connect, and remember.
Over time, that instinct evolved into something far more expansive. Today, Urban Organics is a boutique luxury catering and event production studio, known for crafting highly curated events that balance understated elegance with a deeply personal touch. The company has intentionally shifted from high-volume catering to a more considered, design-forward approach—where fewer events allow for greater detail, creativity, and care. Each experience is layered with vibrant, seasonal menus, thoughtful styling, and seamless execution, resulting in gatherings that feel immersive, elevated, and entirely their own.
