In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages with precision and care.
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices.
Support food preparation and serving, including basic food handling, to ensure quality standards are met.
Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, offering product recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
Skills

Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with an approachable attitude.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks smoothly during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
