Peach House Farm is a specialty cut flower farm in Toccoa, Georgia, dedicated to growing high-quality, seasonal blooms and connecting our community to the beauty of locally grown flowers. We’re looking for a full-time team member who is passionate about flowers, enjoys working outdoors, and is excited to play a hands-on role in both farm production and customer-facing activities.
This is a dynamic role for someone who wants to deepen their experience in flower farming while also engaging in sales, deliveries and marketing.
Job description
What You’ll Do -
This role will be split 50/50 between sales and marketing outreach and farm work.
Sales related tasks will include -
- New florist outreach/client cultivation
- Deliveries in NE GA and metro ATL in the farms refrigerated van
- Billing and invoicing
- Writing the weekly wholesale email
Farm related tasks will include -
- Assisting with propagation and planting
- Weeding
- Mowing/Weedeating
- Harvesting and post harvest handling of flowers
What we’re ideally looking for -
Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the floral industry.
Sales and/or floral industry experience a plus
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $17.00 - $25.00
