Peach House Farm is a specialty cut flower farm in Toccoa, Georgia, dedicated to growing high-quality, seasonal blooms and connecting our community to the beauty of locally grown flowers. We’re looking for a full-time team member who is passionate about flowers, enjoys working outdoors, and is excited to play a hands-on role in both farm production and customer-facing activities.

This is a dynamic role for someone who wants to deepen their experience in flower farming while also engaging in sales, deliveries, and potentially marketing and floral design.

Job description

What You’ll Do -

You’ll work closely with the Farm Manager and Floral Design Manager across a wide variety of daily operations, including:
- Harvesting and processing cut flowers
- Planting, weeding, watering, and general crop care
- Propagation and bed preparation
- Mowing and weed eating
- Assisting with bouquet preparation and order fulfillment
- Supporting on-farm sales and customer interactions
- Making local deliveries
- Assisting with social media content and farm marketing (if applicable)

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $17.00 - $25.00
