Job description
We’re building a small kitchen team and looking for a line cook who cares about food, pace, and precision. This is a hands on position for someone who takes pride in clean work and steady service.
The focus of the role is execution. Cooking with consistency, maintaining standards, and keeping service fast, clean, and organized so every dish that leaves the pass feels intentional.
You’ll cook on the line daily and support prep as needed. Organization, communication, and attention to detail are essential. Strong cooks are trusted with real responsibility.
This is not a clock in, clock out job. It’s for someone who wants to improve, take ownership of their station, and be part of a kitchen that values quality and care.
Kitchen Operations
-Execute daily prep and line service with consistency and speed
-Uphold standards around organization and cleanliness
-Maintain a focused, respectful kitchen environment
-Communicate clearly to keep service steady
Production
-Complete daily prep and food production to support service
-Maintain consistency across all dishes
-Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Inventory & Organization
-Follow proper labeling, storage, and FIFO practices
-Keep walk ins, dry storage, and prep areas organized
-Work efficiently to minimize waste
Daily Operations
-Support setup, breakdown, and closing procedures
-Maintain clean transitions between prep and service
-Take ownership of your station each shift
-Cross train and work front of house counter shifts as needed
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $16.50 - 20/hr
