We are taking the HUGE step of entering the Produce Business! We are renovating the former Manhattan Fruit space in Chelsea Market and will launch our well curated Grocery concept mid-August 2026.

Dickson's Farmstand is a neighborhood butcher shop in Chelsea Market offering artisanal meats and house-made charcuterie. Our beef, pork, lamb, and poultry are sourced from small, family farms in upstate New York that are carefully handpicked for their humanely-raised, high-quality animals. We proudly share with you the stories of our farmers and their practices.

Our charcuterie is made in-house by chef and team. Honoring tradition and the values of our shop, we make all of our products from the same whole animals from which we cut our steaks and chops. We strive to use every part of every animal - from nose-to-tail. All of our meat is raised without added hormones, prophylactic antibiotics, or animal by-products - and is always 100% feedlot/CAFO free.

Dickson's Farmstand is looking for an passionate Produce/Market professional to help launch our new grocery project!

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a best-in-class artisanal market from the ground up. Focus will be on locally-raised fruits and vegetables, small batch dry-goods & fresh salads, smoothies and juices.

Responsibilities

• Design & built gorgeous produce displays
• Inventory Receiving, Management & Stocking
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service experience

Experience

• Candidate must have 2 years of produce/grocery/market experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Knowledge, POS operation, inventory management, and receiving.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
