Company description
Cloudette is a Washington, D.C.-based French pâtisserie redefining the classic choux pastry for today's tastes. Inspired by the elegance of Parisian pastry shops and crafted with a modern approach, Cloudette offers handcrafted choux pastries that are delicately crisp on the outside, filled with a light, airy cream, and made from the finest premium ingredients.
Founded by a French pastry enthusiast, Cloudette was born from a simple idea: to create a dessert that is elegant, indulgent, and balanced—without being overly sweet. Every Cloudette is handcrafted in small batches using traditional French techniques and carefully sourced ingredients, including Madagascar vanilla beans, premium fruit purées, artisan chocolates, and seasonal flavors.
Beyond creating exceptional pastries, Cloudette is committed to delivering memorable experiences. Whether enjoyed as an everyday treat, a thoughtful gift, or the centerpiece of a special celebration, each Cloudette is designed to bring a touch of French craftsmanship and joy to every occasion.
Following a successful launch in Georgetown, Cloudette is expanding across the Washington metropolitan area through shopping center kiosk, coffee shop partnerships, catering, and corporate events. As a growing, woman-owned small business, Cloudette is building a brand that combines French tradition with modern hospitality, one handcrafted pastry at a time.
