We're looking for a Chef de Cuisine / Head Chef who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment, communicates clearly, leads with professionalism and positivity, and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Menu development
Kitchen management
BOH operations and systems
Staff hiring, training, and scheduling
Food cost, inventory, and labor management
