Job description

You are experienced (2+ years) cheese monger or Cheese Manager. A dynamic and a passionate cheese lover. Proficient in all areas of retail operations from ordering to restocking. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Problem solver and team player.

Duties include:

Overseeing all aspects of the daily cheese market operations. Cutting, wrapping, packing out product, etc.

Ordering cheese, chocolates, gourmet items. Receiving orders, organizing and maintaining a beautiful display case. Sourcing and curating new items.

Designing and assembling cheese and charcuterie boards.

Overseeing the production of our in house made items, as well as coming up with new and exciting ideas.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
