Tributary farm uses organic practices to grow mixed vegetables for our summer and winter CSAs, wholesale accounts, and donations. In 2025 we grew about 10 acres of vegetables and 30 acres of cover crops. We seek to have farm that is defined by diversity, innovation, long-term thinking, and community. We measure success by our ability to turn a profit, build soil and ecosystem health, and sustain a healthy and diverse client base and team.
Job description
- Full time crew members will have a hand in most of the major farm jobs.
- Green House, transplanting, cultivation, weeding, harvest, wash & pack, building projects, and tractor work depending on interest.
- Part time crew members will be mostly focused on harvesting, washing, and packing produce.
- When wash and pack is done there are chances to focus on other aspects of the farm production and operations as listed above.
- We will invest in your professional development as a farmer. Our core team has a lot of great farm experience to share and we are always learning from each other.
- As our farm continues to grow there is potential for more full time positions to gain more responsibility and management over a specific area of the farm.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
