Company description
Caribe United Distribution — Company Description
Caribe United Distribution is a Georgia-based food distribution, refrigerated transportation, and logistics company connecting farms and food producers with restaurants, retailers, food businesses, and communities throughout Georgia and nearby areas.
Our company was developed from firsthand experience in agriculture and an understanding of one of the biggest challenges facing small and growing food businesses: producing a quality product is only part of the journey. Farmers and food producers also need dependable transportation, distribution, logistics, and access to customers.
Caribe United Distribution helps bridge that gap.
We provide refrigerated transportation, food distribution, delivery, and logistics services, with a strong operational presence throughout the Athens and Atlanta regions and expanding service across Georgia and nearby areas.
An important part of our story is our connection with Caribe United Farm, a diversified Georgia farm and food business producing Non-GMO eggs, pasture-raised pork, specialty sausages, and other farm and value-added products.
Our agricultural roots give us a practical understanding of the food supply chain. We understand what happens before a product reaches a delivery vehicle—from raising animals and receiving feed to processing, packaging, cold storage, transportation, wholesale distribution, and finally delivery to the customer.
Because Caribe United Distribution works closely with Caribe United Farm, some members of our operations and transportation team may support activities across both businesses. Depending on the position, this can include refrigerated food deliveries, wholesale distribution routes, picking up animal feed and farm supplies, transporting livestock to processing facilities, moving equipment, and supporting other transportation and logistics needs.
This creates a working environment that combines agriculture, transportation, food distribution, logistics, and customer service.
We value people who are dependable, responsible, safety-conscious, adaptable, hardworking, and respectful of customers, animals, coworkers, vehicles, equipment, and the products entrusted to their care.
Our company is also shaped by our Caribbean heritage and our belief that agriculture and food can connect people, cultures, businesses, and communities. We welcome individuals from different professional, educational, and cultural backgrounds who share our commitment to quality work and dependable service.
As a small and growing entrepreneurial company, every team member can have a visible impact. We look for people who can work independently, communicate effectively, solve problems responsibly, and understand the importance of reliability when farmers, food businesses, customers, and communities depend on their work.
Our long-term vision is to continue building Caribe United Distribution into a trusted link between farm production, food businesses, transportation, logistics, and the communities we serve.
