Job description

We are looking for a part-time/as needed Culinary Lead to support food production, event execution and cooking. This is a flexible role to start with room to grow into a full time management position for the right person. We’re looking for someone who wants to build with us, take ownership of projects, lead teams, and help bring our food experiences to life.

Responsibilities include:

recipe execution

packing and organizing events

onsite cooking

managing food production

setup and breakdown

ordering and inventory

keeping the kitchen tight, clean, and organized

This is a great fit for someone who wants more than a line cook role and is excited by production, events, food styling, logistics, and making food feel like part of the party.

You need to be motivated, thoughtful, organized, and able to think for yourself. Catering moves fast. Plans change. Spaces are weird. Timing matters. The right person can go with the flow without lowering the standard.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
