Zephyr's Street Pizza is a chef driven pizzeria concept focused on supporting our local farmers and producers. The culture we've created at ZSP is very important to us. We like folks on our team that appreciate the pride and attention to detail we have for what we put out.

Chef /Owner Dante Cistulli's career has spanned from NY style pizzerias to high level fine dining. Those experiences helped form how Zephyr's Street Pizza performs and the high standards we have for our food.

Our gallery dining room gives guests and servers a fun place to enjoy an evening with the family or nosh with friends. We work hard together. As a small team, employment at ZSP goes beyond just co-working. We're part of something special together.

Job description

A full time server position at ZSP doesn't come up often and we're very careful who we select to join our team. These are the things we look for:

Cleanliness, team player, upbeat, positive attitude, good under pressure, an understanding of our passion for great food. Look presentable at all times on the clock.

Ideal candidate would have at least 1 year using a POS system in a restaurant setting. 1 year in a casual dinging restaurant.

We're looking to find the right person who's going to commit for at least 1 year and hopefully stay longer. We're closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Lunch and weekend availability is required.

With tips a full time server will make between 700-1200 weekly -business dependent.

Employee quality of life is very important to us. This is why we are open only 5 days. We don't charge staff for food and we encourage an afternoon sit to eat and charge up. We like to keep the environment fun but at the same time we all work really well together to get the work done.

Zephyr's Street Pizza isn't a job, It's an experience.

Compensation: <meta charset="UTF-8" /><br /> Server wages are $6.38/hr - $10/hr. We guarantee $16.94/hr in the event that tips do not meet the CT state minimum wage.
