Company description
Caribe United Farm is a farmer-owned, diversified agricultural business based in Georgia. Our farm brings together Caribbean agricultural heritage, hands-on farming, animal husbandry, local food production, and entrepreneurship with a commitment to building a stronger and more sustainable regional food system.
Our motto, “Farming Georgia’s Land with Caribbean Hands,” reflects both who we are and the agricultural traditions that influence our work.
Caribe United Farm produces non-GMO pasture-raised eggs, pasture-raised pork, sausages, and value-added farm products, serving customers through wholesale relationships, farmers markets, direct sales, and other regional food channels.
We are real working farmers. Our daily work includes caring for livestock and poultry, managing egg production, maintaining farm infrastructure, preparing products for customers, developing wholesale relationships, attending markets, and continuously finding ways to make our agricultural operation more efficient and sustainable.
As our business has grown, we have also recognized that producing good food is only one part of building a successful regional food system. Farmers and small food producers also need reliable ways to reach restaurants, retailers, institutions, markets, and consumers.
That experience led to the development of our affiliated business, Caribe United Distribution, which provides refrigerated transportation, logistics, and food distribution services. Together, the farm and distribution operations allow us to participate in multiple parts of the regional food supply chain—from agricultural production to transportation, wholesale distribution, and the final customer.
Our goal is to continue building a resilient agricultural business that creates opportunities not only for our farm, but also for the farmers, food entrepreneurs, customers, and communities around us.
We value hard work, reliability, animal welfare, food quality, cultural understanding, continuous learning, and respect for the people who produce and consume our food.
We welcome people from different backgrounds and experiences who are interested in agriculture and food. Previous farming experience can be valuable, but we also believe that dedication, curiosity, responsibility, and a genuine willingness to learn can provide a pathway into agriculture.
At Caribe United Farm, employees have an opportunity to experience the realities of a growing diversified farm and contribute to a business working to connect agriculture, food, culture, and community.
