Job description

The Sales Manager, Joyeux Products US will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of our specialty coffee business across the United States, therefore supporting and furthering our mission of inclusion. In the initial phase, the role will primarily focus on developing our B2B business, including corporate customers, office coffee programs, corporate gifting, and foodservice distribution partnerships. As the business grows, the Sales Manager will also support the expansion of our B2C channels through digital sales and the Café Joyeux retail experience, building a strong consumer community around our purpose-driven specialty coffee brand. This role is ideal for a commercially and marketing minded, hands-on salesperson who understands the coffee business and how to build relationships, develop and manage a strategic account pipeline to grow a specialty coffee brand in the U.S. marketplace. The ideal candidate must understand how the US coffee business works from sourcing/ roasting to wholesale pricing structures, and what it takes to win and retain accounts in a competitive, quality-driven category. The Sales Manager will work closely with Café Joyeux’s Director of Operations to translate Café Joyeux’s mission and brand in the US for sustainable scalable growth through corporate accounts, distribution partnerships, direct to consumer growth and retail placement while supporting Café Joyeux's mission.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $75,000 - $100,000
