We are an award-winning importer and wholesaler of high-end Italian specialty food. We ship all over the US and to Canada.

Are you passionate about Italy and artisinally produced food of the highest quality?

Ritrovo imports and distributes exceptional, provenance-driven specialty foods. We bridge the gap between world-class artisan producers and sophisticated global markets.

We are looking for a digitally-native marketing generalist. We are a small business, so you will do a little of everything. Your focus will be communicating the story and value of our products to our broad customer base.

This will include, but not be limited to:
1. Enhancing our product listings on Faire and on our website.
2. Monitoring stock and driving price reductions or marketing efforts to ensure sellthrough.
3. Answering the phone and chatting with our customers.
4. Packing orders on an occasional especially busy day.
5. Managing our social media accounts.
6. E-mailing our customers regularly.
7. Following up on overdue invoices.
8. Administrative things that need doing.
9. Tasting samples.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
