Job description

We are seeking a Production Prep Cook who thrives in a high-volume kitchen, cares deeply about food quality and safety, and enjoys being part of a values-driven team. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role that blends production cooking, prep, organization, and teamwork. Depending on your experience and what you're looking for, there's room to shape this role around your strengths.

In the kitchen, you'll:

• Wash, chop, and prep fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients
• Cook and bake from standardized recipes for large-batch, plant-forward menu items
• Portion, package, label, and organize food for service
• Follow strict food safety and allergy-conscious protocols
• Help keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly

Who we're looking for
Kitchen or prep experience helps, but it's not required. What matters more:

• You're reliable and work with integrity
• You pay attention to detail, especially around cleanliness and allergy safety
• You're willing to learn and take feedback well
• You genuinely care about feeding kids well
• You can stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
