Job description

Key Position: Filling Operations Technician

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused, and mechanically minded Filling Operations Technician to run our mixing and filling lines. The work entails setting up equipment, running the filling line, monitoring quality, and keeping detailed production records. The work will be supported by a digital operating system to help maintain a focused schedule and assure quality.

Machine Setup & Preparation

• Prepare and calibrate mixing and filling machines before production runs.

• Verify correct container sizes, configurations, closures, and materials.

• Stage and check all raw materials (containers, caps/closures) before the line starts.

• Perform pre-operation checks for cleanliness and mechanical readiness.

• Adjust equipment settings to meet production specs and run targets.Filling Line Operation

• Operate filling equipment according to SOPs and safety guidelines.

• Monitor fill levels, weights, and specifications to stay within tolerance.

• Handle start-up, steady-state running, and shut-down of the line.

• Maintain continuous product flow to minimize downtime and bottlenecks.

• Respond quickly and safely to line stoppages, jams, or malfunctions.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
