Job description

We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented garde manger or line cook to join our kitchen. Responsibilities include cold appetizers, salads, plated items, desserts with potential for sautéing, soups, supporting executive chef. Consistency, cleanliness, food safety, food knowledge important. Previous line cook or prep experience preferred, knife skills, solid communication and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. We offer competitive pay based on experience, positive kitchen culture and meal discounts. Dinner shifts only Wednesdays- Saturdays with some Sundays, holiday work to be expected.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
