Job description

The role: you run our kitchen at night. You'll fire and plate the seasonal, evening menu, lead the line, keep the conversation flowing between kitchen & bar — and close the kitchen down right at the end of the night.

This is a communication-first group. The room is small, the team is small, and the experience only works if everyone's talking. You'll be the calm, clear voice holding it together from first fire to final wipe-down.

What you'll do:

• Execute the seasonal evening menu to spec, Tuesday through Saturday
• Lead the kitchen during service: set the pace, keep the kitchen immaculate
• Communicate constantly with FOH and the bar — 86s, fire times, allergies, no surprises
• Own the close: breakdown, cleaning, labeling, kitchen ready for tomorrow
