Company description
Chowgirls Catering is an award-winning, women-owned catering company based in Northeast Minneapolis. Since 2004, we’ve been creating memorable experiences through seasonal food, thoughtful hospitality, and a strong commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and community.
We believe great food should care for both people and the planet. Our team works with local and regional farmers and producers, prepares scratch-made food using seasonal ingredients, and incorporates sustainable practices throughout our operations—from composting and waste reduction to food rescue and community partnerships. We are also proud to have been a founding partner of Kitchen Coalition, helping provide meals to neighbors experiencing food insecurity.
At Chowgirls, our people are at the heart of what we do. We value collaboration, creativity, initiative, and continuous growth, and we strive to create an inclusive workplace where employees feel welcomed, respected, and supported. Whether working in our kitchen, at an event, behind the scenes, or with our clients, every team member plays a role in delivering the warm, thoughtful hospitality Chowgirls is known for.
