Job description

Bake from Scratch: Prepare, mix, shape, and bake daily offerings (breads, pastries, and treats) following traditional scratch-baking methods.

Maintain Quality: Ensure high standards for freshness, taste, and presentation across all baked goods.

Serve Guests: Welcome customers with friendly, attentive service, answer product questions, and take custom orders.

Manage Kitchen Prep: Keep track of ingredient inventory, manage prep lists, and maintain a spotless, safe workspace.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $50,000 - $75,000
