Who You Are

Our Front of House Team Members are the welcoming face of Frø at the Union Square Holiday Market. You’ll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, taking orders, operating our POS system, and preparing our holiday products in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for individuals who are excited to represent the Frø brand, bring genuine holiday cheer to every interaction, and thrive in a lively market setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Represent the Frø brand and ethos by creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for every guest.
• Greet customers, answer questions, tell the brand story, and help guests navigate our holiday offerings.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Prepare and assemble Frø’s holiday product offerings on-site (simple food prep).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work and service area, following all food safety and operational standards.
• Help with opening and closing procedures, including setting up for service, cleaning and organizing throughout the shift, and breaking down the space at the end of the day.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly during high-volume periods.
• Help create a fun, festive, and memorable experience for our guests and our team.What We’re Looking For

• Available to work throughout the full holiday market season (weekends included), with flexibility to work a variable weekly schedule based on business needs.
• Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or a related field is preferred, but we’re also excited to meet people who bring great energy, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

The Opportunity

This role is an opportunity to join Frø for the Union Square Holiday Market season and be part of an exciting period of growth for the brand. While this position begins as a seasonal role, there may be opportunities to continue working with Frø beyond the holiday market season based on business needs, performance, and ongoing availability.

Compensation

$19/hour base wage, plus tips for shifts worked at the Union Square Holiday Market.
Pay is issued weekly.

Frø is a family-owned, Brooklyn-based Danish rye bread company. Our flagship product is a dense, seeded sourdough rye bread the traditional Danish way: slowly, simply and with really good ingredients. We also make other Danish inspired baked goods, prepared foods, and more.

We’re a small, growing company, which means everyone on the team plays a meaningful role. We care deeply about the quality of what we make, but we also value people who are practical, proactive and willing to roll up their sleeves when there’s work to be done.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $16.50 - 20/hr
