Award Winning Lower Hudson Valley Bakery.... looking for a baker or assistant baker to prepare pies, french macaron, pastries, scones, cakes, cookies, savory items.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Weighing flour and ingredients
- Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies
- Prepare custom-made pastries based on customers’ preferences
- Prepping and cutting ingredients
- Preparing savory items
- baking breads, scones, muffins
- Track food supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and tools before and after use
