Solid Wiggles, a boutique jelly company in Brooklyn is hiring at their cocktail jelly factory!

Prep work may include:

Cooking jelly bases to specific temperatures
Portion jelly bases into labeled trays, leveling trays
Label trays with production batch codes
Wrap and store product utilizing FIFO
Slicing jellies and building sampler boxes
Create mise en place:
- Dilute and acidify juices
- Make milk jelly
- Make acidified solutions
- Color milk Jelly
Report production details and data to the team so that it can added to production logs
Consolidate garbage and take downstairs when needed
Keep storage areas organized, remove boxes as necessary
Some Dishwashing throughout the shift
Complete EOD cleaning checklist
Complete light side prep/side work

Must be comfortable around alcohol, able to lift 50lb.

Compensation Starts $25/hr

Current hours: Tuesday-Friday 10a-6p, [may add Mondays or Saturdays in December ]

This job is currently through Dec 31.

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
