Bettina is a small restaurant in the Catskills. We are a scratch kitchen and strive to use local projects whenever possible. We love food, hospitality and are thrilled to be a part of our small mountain community.

Job description

We are currently serving brunch, breakfast and artisanal coffee. This Fall we launch or dinner service and are looking for eager motivated team members. Work and learn with our classically trained team, while we build this new concept.

Our cafe side will serve more casual family friendly food, while our dinning room will be by reservation only with a more specialized menu.

Experience preferred but are also willing to train the right people.

We believe happy cooks make great food and understand the need for work life balance. We aim to nurture our team.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
