The Altamarea Group and Chef Michael White are hiring line cooks for COSTATA -- a new restaurant with an Italian edge in the former Fiamma space in Soho. Ideal candidates are highly motivated and effective at working in a fast paced team environment. We are looking for seasoned employees who share our passion for food, wine, and superior service.
