THE FARM
Consider Bardwell Farm is a cheese making farm located in southwest Vermont along the New York state border. Our cheeses have won multiple international awards and are featured at some of the nations top restaurants, shops, and markets. We hand make raw milk cheese from our own herd of goats and from cow milk from our local partner farms. Our cheesemaking team is headed by master cheese maker Peter Dixon.
THE POSITION
Consider Bardwell Farm seeks a highly motivated candidate whose goal it is to learn the fundamentals of cheese making, aging cheese, and the operations of a small scale dairy farm.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Picking and Preparing Cheese for Shipping

Assisting during Cheese Making
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

Prior cheese making or professional cheese experience
