Job description
Seeking applicant for full-time morning/daytime pastry cook position in a fast-paced, high volume pastry kitchen at Marlow & Sons. Candidate should have, above all, a dedication to honest, hard work and classic techniques, and respect for coworkers and high quality ingredients.
We are looking for someone who is interested in creatively collaborating in a seasonal, ever-changing menu of desserts and bakery a la carte items, who brings detail and care to their work and has an interest in our restaurants, and in all aspects of baking, cooking, and preserving methods. Strong communication skills are a must. Candidate should have at least two years previous professional kitchen experience with some experience managing staff and overseeing production.
