We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team!
Job Summary:
The
USHG Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of the marketing strategies and activities in support of the
USHG brand and the
USHG family of restaurants. This position works in partnership and collaboration with the
USHG Director of Communications and the PR/Marketing department as well as with the corporate brand business units’ (Union Square Events (USE) and Hospitality Quotient (HQ)) marketing leaders to coordinate and align the marketing and communications efforts on behalf of
USHG.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years experiences in marketing management positions with demonstrated success, preferably in hospitality industry – specifically restaurant and/or food service industry. Specific experiences should include:

Experience managing and growing a team

Experience with brand development, growth, and conception- specifically demonstrated expertise for brand language and messaging

Experience developing marketing strategies to improve business

Experience overseeing website projects and is familiar with current marketing technology

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field.

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and metrics

Experience overseeing website projects and is familiar with current marketing technology

Successful experience developing social media campaigns
-
A deep understating of content marketing and its applications

Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution

Self-starter with hands-on approach

Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.

Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supporting and growing a professional team

Demonstrated successful experience overseeing PR and Marketing campaigns

Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and collateral
-
Technical literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally in Adobe Create suite as well

Strong oral and written communications skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
