Job description
As the Graphic Designer, you will help set the visual design language and standards for Revolution Foods to assure a strong, integrated brand presence across both our school meals program and retail business. This is a new position within Revolution Foods and will encompass a wide array of touch points, including package design (artwork), collateral development, in-store and in-school materials and corporate identity to serve both
B2C and
B2B audiences. With our new brand identity redesign, this role will have influence on the evolving visual identity of a fast growing brand. A refined sense of design is mandatory.The successful candidate will also ensure timely pre-production meetings, design approvals and all routing of art work and is well versed in all developmental steps and production processes.

Responsibilities

Designs and creates assets across a broad range of our business including package design, merchandising materials, marketing collateral as well as internal needs such as presentations, uniforms, business systems and signage.

Provides project and design input for outside designers, agencies and photographers.

Ensures consistent branding and messaging.

Responsible for managing and maintaining the creative assets library.

Implements and evolves brand standards and graphic guidelines for internal and external use.

Collaborates with and oversees the performance of any creative vendors including project management, art production, pre-press, print quality management, administrative and business reporting functions.

Works cross functionally with other marketing teams within Revolution Foods.
Desired Skills & Experience

A strong desire to be a part of a fledgling department in a hands-on, multi-faceted role at a quickly evolving mission-driven company.B.A., Graphic Design.

3-5 years of solid brand and communication design experience, with exposure to a wide variety of disciplines, including brand strategy, identity development, print and digital marketing materials, packaging, merchandising and collateral materials.Consumer packaged goods experience.

Food experience a plus.Extremely detail oriented.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Highly knowledgeable and can execute post production processes for 2D and 3D projects including sourcing.

Refined design standards that are grounded in business objectives.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

Power user in Adobe Creative Suite products, MS PowerPoint and Mac Keynote.
Extra Credit - Desired but not mandatory
Digital experience and/or food photography.Experience within the creative department of a large national company.Experience developing and implementing corporate systems.Infographic design.Copywriting.
