Job Description:

Taking the lead in order fulfillment and production in our Home Brew department, working closely with the team to execute both.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing all online orders from kombuchabk.com and third part vendors, which includes printing shipping labels and organizing orders for fulfillment.

• Fulfilling orders to the specifications laid out at KBBK.

• Managing shipping schedule to accommodate for carrier pick ups.

• Processing and fulfillment of wholesale orders.

• Stocking, organizing, and cleaning fulfillment/production lab.

• Monthly inventory taking of all home brew and fulfillment inventory.

• Answering customer service emails and phone calls pertaining to online orders.

• Home brew production scheduling based upon fulfillment calendar.

• Home brew production execution based upon fulfillment needs including but not lamented to, filling and sealing, kit assembly, labeling, etc

Job Requirements:

- A proven track record with order management and customer service.
- Ability to multi task.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours during busy seasons.
- Hyper organization and time management skills.
- A able to work independently as well as within a team, require sound judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations, and be proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Must have an internal drive to customer service for internal and external customers.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Google apps, and general software applications.
- Ability to move pallets of materials around with a pallet jack.
