Moon Juice is seeking sales savvy, business minded, experienced and health passionate individual to serve as the Store Manager of our Silver Lake Moon Juice shop.

Moon Juice Managers would oversee the overall all daily operations of the shop. Managers are required to share the knowledge of Moon Juice through product education and sales, maintain a competent staff, and ensuring a positive customer visit.

Full time. Open availability. Pay is salary based, and determined upon experience.

Qualifications:

• Two years of business management experience required
• Two years of food service experience preferred
• Is timely and punctual
• Comes to work with a positive attitude and motivates staff
• Must have excellent communication skills and supreme interest in health and wellness
• Exhibits strong problem solving skills
• Ability to retain substantial amounts of product information
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
• Ability to work as an individual or as a part of a large team
• Ability to maintain confidential company information in the strictest of confidence
• Ability to drive daily sales, record all details and deliver regular reports to upper management

Job Description:

• Drives daily sales, sets store goals and records all details and reports to upper management
• Responds to all store needs with a sense of urgency
• Is responsible for receiving/shipping all deliveries
• Takes afternoon inventory and compiles daily orders
• Tracks all incoming product for CCOF compliance, reports any variance to Regional Manager
• Leads monthly staff meetings to relay store goals and product knowledge
• Investigates, records and reports any cash variances
• Investigates, records and reports product variances
• Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills
• Documents all notable staff behavior
• Ensures compliance of health department requirements
• Monitors shift breaks to be sure they are existent and time
• Updates and edits all shared store and company documents
• Administers training program for new hires and current staff
• Is responsible for POS accuracy and employee tills
• Is responsible for making daily deposits and ensuring change fund is stocked
• Confirms daily tasks are completed by rest of staff and reports comments or concerns to store manager
• Administers developmental plan for Assistant Managers
• Must implement all handbook requirements
