Why work at Ritual?
Meal by meal, we’re overhauling our culture’s understanding of what it means to eat and work well. We’re psyched about the ripple effect that transformation has on personal well-being, communities, the food system, and the environment.
We don’t just pay lip-service to a healthy lifestyle, we do our best to embody it. Sane hours are the foundation for lots of perks: health and dental insurance, bike parking, daily family style lunches, continuing education, monthly team activities, and we keep adding more.
You’ll be part of tight knit, hard working team that digs the kind of business that we’re building - profitable, client focused, and mission driven. We know that the our company is as good as its people, so team building and company culture are our top priorities. We’ve also been known to throw a really good BBQ.
