We are seeking a GENERAL MANAGER to help us open our debut bakery café on the Upper East Side! Come join our team of industry professionals and help open our first location and develop the next big brand. We are currently in construction and will be opening in late spring!

CANDIDATES

We are looking for candidates that are professional, hard working, energized, organized, passionate for their craft, communicative, demanding of themselves and those that they mentor and embody high ethical standards and demonstrate strong leadership skills. General Manager Candidates should have 2+years of managerial experience in a high-volume, quick-service or retail-food environment and 3+ years experience in the industry. The General Manager Position will be responsible for the operations of the store, including (but not limited to):

• Team hiring, development, and training
• Guest Service standards
• Sales performance
• Cost controls
