Job Description:
The
Aboyeur will be responsible for running food and expediting food service. The
Aboyeur ensures that tables are marked before food is run and that all food is delivered to proper table positions. The
Aboyeur coordinates back servers and servers to ensure that an entire table’s course leaves the kitchen and is delivered to the table all at once. The
Aboyeur is responsible for keeping the server station neat and clean. The
Aboyeur also assists servers with stocking and polishing glassware.
