Culinary Project Manager - Role and Responsibilities

Collaboration with internal and external individuals and teams

Produce product samples
-
Development and creation of new product formulation
-
Participate in ingredient sourcing and quality assessment process

Support product commercialization process and procedures development

Perform on-going product and ingredient quality check

Manage test kitchen
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Passion for food and innovation

Ability to find unique solutions and problem solve

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications

Exceptional computer skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint

Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
Experience in project managements of R&D and/or food process design preferredExperience in a kitchen environment preferred Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and comfortably lift 25 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time up to 8 hours
Work in a kitchen setting on various surface types
