We are part of an iconic eastbay restaurant with an artisan meat market. Our meat market is way more than just fresh cuts. We produce and sell a wide variety of sausage, pates and hard to find charcuterie items. What you won't be doing: wearing a lab coat and hairnet while working in a windowless refrigerated environment. What you will be doing: helping to produce and sell an assortment of handmade meaty treats as well as some fresh cuts. The right candidate will be courteous, clean and professional with a verifiable food background. We can and have trained the right individual.
