ABOUT US:
Delicious, beautiful food is our passion. We are an upscale off-premise catering and events company located in Midtown Manhattan. From intimate personal gatherings to receptions of 1,000 guests. We cater luncheons, dinners and receptions for discerning clientele.
We are looking to hire an EXECUTIVE CHEF that is creative and contemporary, able to produce an exciting menu.
REQUIREMENTS:
-10 years kitchen experience (with at least 2 of those years as a chef de cuisine, lead sous chef or equivalent)
-5 years experience in catering production
-Strong leadership skills and very organized
-Knowledge of food costing and the ability to meet & calibrate inventory demands
-Experience managing kitchen staff schedule
-Desire to foster growth
