Momofuku Restaurant Group Seeks Human Resources Director
This position will manage recruiting, continuing education/training, and employee relations for all Momofuku locations.
Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Develop and maintain employee programs with strong focus in the area of employee and workforce development and retaining talent.

Manage grievance handling, performance evaluations, standards of conduct and policy administration

Develop and implement effective personnel policy Serve as counsel to manager with performance and legal matters

Examine situations from legal, organizational, and cultural perspectives to improve organizational moral and efficiency

Institute work/life balance initiatives to create a more positive workforce
-
Full cycle recruiting (identify, screen and interview for manager-level positions, negotiate offers)
-
Establish recruiting requirements and strategies by understanding organization objectives and needs
-
Utilize social media to increase company presence and target appropriate applicant base

Take creative approach to staffing

Implement extensive continuing education and manager training program
Requirements
-
3-5 years of generalist experience
-
3-5 years of employee relations experience
-
3-5 years of recruiting experience
-
Must have extensive knowledge in labor laws

Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Social Media Bachelors Degree in HR or related field; Masters or PHR, SPHR preferred
Restaurant, retail or multi-location experience a must
