Job description
Responsibilities: (include but not limited to):

Handling all customer relations via phone, email and text message
-
Processing orders, managing declined and past-due payments, general account maintenance
-
Working with all departments as needed for customer notifications and on-going projects
-
Working with drivers and warehouse staff to assist with customer related issues
-
Completing daily/weekly assigned tasks
-
Performing various administration and on occasion warehouse tasks as needed from Management
Requirements:
-
Possess a minimum of one year in customer service experience in a office setting
-
Proactive, quick thinker, self-starter (have excellent problem solving skills and be able to take action independently)

Possess strong skills in these areas:
communication (including inter-office communications, basic business writing)
excellent verbal capacity (professional phone voice and demeanor)
time management
organization
acute attention to detail
computer proficiency (word and excel is MANDATORY), mac knowledge is a +

Be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor

Be adaptable to different situations and take on new challenges as the arise

Willingness to work flexible hours and aid in other departments if needed

Basic knowledge of organic food industry and/or food industry experience preferred

Must agree to and pass a criminal background check
