Partners Milla Zorian, Slava Samarkin, and Emilia Zoryan who brought Hollywood it’s first high-end hookah bar, Glass Hookah Lounge, envisioned each cocktail at Melrose Station to be an individual experience, each a taste of a new destination, something exotic, something nostalgic, essentially a bit of something for everyone. Job description
Experienced and passionate cook to work at Melrose Station, a speakeasy restaurant and bar in the heart of Hollywood.
Our approach is preparing elegant dishes with fashion, style, and quality ingredients. The experience is an intercultural explosion of cuisines and flavors.
We are looking for a candidate that is interested in developing their talents in a free-to-explore environment. This will be a great opportunity to showcase your work and establish yourself in the culinary industry.
Desired qualifications include cold and hot skills, prep skills, efficiency, kitchen smarts, ordering and inventory experience, initiative, and willingness to contribute to the menu. Must be responsible, good-humored, and ethical. Most important attribute: team player with positive attitude.
Must be available after 5 pm on weekdays and 4 pm on weekends.
