Job description
Rapidly expanding, FoodtoEat is looking for a talented and experienced (2-3+ years) Account Manager to help us manage our corporate relationships. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about working with a small team of dedicated entrepreneurs, who enjoys wearing multiple hats, and who craves an innovative and challenging environment.
Role:
- Responsible for event planning and catering management. Coordinate lunches, dinners and special events for our corporate clients.
- Menu and budget planning. Ability to work within multiple budgets and find creative solutions for clients.
- Comfortable with vendor outreach and corporate communication for successful meal experiences for clients
- Have an understanding of ordering ratios
- Corporate research must be done to find new clients worth targeting
About You- 2-3 years hospitality, customer service, or account management experience.
- Strong communication skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Being able to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done, and occasionally work an early morning or evening.
- Able to work under pressure and deal with any crisis that may come unexpected!
- Being able to find opportunities to impress clients through with exceptional service.
- Knowledge and appreciation of food.
- Has some experience or open to working in the sales capacity
Compensation
this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $40,000.00 - $50,000.00
