Our Exciting Work Environment
This Executive Chef will oversee the new restaurant concept Tomahawk Taproom for SunTrust Park, a start of the art ballpark that is current under construction in Smyrna, Georgia. The Fox Bros., in partnership with Delaware North, bring their special blend of Texas heat and southern spice to Braves Country in The Battery Atlanta. The Tomahawk Taproom is open year round and has private group spaces.
The Opportunity
The Executive Chef for Tomahawk Taproom Restaurant will be part of the excitement of the new restaurant concepts to be responsible for
-
The overall management of the kitchen. Coordination and participation in restaurant operations is the main focus while monitoring food & labor costs.

Plan menus, maintaining financial responsibility for the menu mix.

Oversees inventory of food product and coordinates product ordering and receiving within corporate specifications.

Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen to comply with State and local Health Department Regulations.
We are seeking a creative culinary candidate passionate about food & beverage with five years culinary arts experience in a management role. More specifically, experience as a restaurant chef in a high volume operation and has expediting skills.

Associates degree in Culinary Arts. ServSafe Certification Preferred. ACF Certification preferred. Must obtain ACF certification within 3 years of employment.

Familiar with monitoring of food and labor cost, menu development and costing. Familiar with ordering and inventory procedures

Strong organizational, communication and PC skills.
